  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days, depending on your location.
  • Destinations: We currently ship to all U.S. destinations.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your order has been lost.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Accepted on eligible items.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
